Testing Accommodations

If you need testing accommodations, UKCOP will work with the Disability Resource Center to ensure you get the resources you need. Julianne (pharmacy students) or Catina (graduate students) will be able to assist you with implementing these accomocations.

Immunization & CPR Renewal

All pharmacy students must be certified in an approved CPR training program during their first professional students. Julianne will be able to assist you with specifics. For additional information about requirements, please also see our page on Immunization & CPR Training.

State Board Applications & Credentialing

The Office of Academic and Student Affairs processes requests for state board applications, military commissions, employer credentialing, or related requests. Please submit the specific request and corresponding paperwork to Rene Maldonado by e-mail at a.rene@uky.edu, fax 859-257-7297, or by mail at 789 S. Limestone St., Lexington, KY 40536.

UKCOP Scholarships & Prospective Student Incentive Awards

For students admitted to and enrolled at UKCOP contact Rene for questions about post-admission scholarships from the UK College of Pharmacy.



For prospective students seeking scholarship opportunities prior to being admitted to UKCOP, contact the UKCOP office of Enrollment Management by emailing pharmacyadmissions@uky.edu.

The UK College of Pharmacy Offers incentive awards to applicants to the four year PharmD program. These awards require students to first apply to and be admitted to the UK College of Pharmacy before being considered for one of these awards. More information is available concerning these awards once the application to UKCOP has been submitted. 

Official Transcript

Official Transcript requests for College of Pharmacy Graduates are processed through the Office of the Registrar. Please note there may be a delay for graduates prior to 1988. You may contact Rene Maldonado  (pharmacy students) or Catina Rossoll (graduate students) for additional assistance.

We wish to remember and honor those who inhabited this Commonwealth before the arrival of the Europeans. Briefly occupying these lands were the Osage, Wyndott tribe, and Miami peoples. The Adena and Hopewell peoples, who are recognized by the naming of the time period in which they resided here, were here more permanently. Some of their mounds remain in the Lexington area, including at UK’s Adena Park.

In more recent years, the Cherokee occupied southeast Kentucky, the Yuchi southwest Kentucky, the Chickasaw extreme western Kentucky and the Shawnee central Kentucky including what is now the city of Lexington. The Shawnee left when colonization pushed through the Appalachian Mountains. Lower Shawnee Town ceremonial grounds are still visible in Greenup County.

We honor the first inhabitants who were here, respect their culture, and acknowledge the presence of their descendants who are here today in all walks of life including fellow pharmacists and healthcare professionals.
