David Burgio is Senior Vice President of R&D for Global Personal Health Care at Procter & Gamble, where he has spent the past 26 years building a demonstrated history of leadership across the consumer goods and pharmaceutical industries. Over more than 30 years in health care, he has led multifunctional global R&D teams and managed product development and innovation across a range of therapeutic areas, from dietary supplements to prescription drugs, with deep expertise spanning FDA regulatory matters, clinical research, customer insights, and life sciences. David holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy.
