The Early Assurance Pathway (EAP) is a unique opportunity for incoming students to secure a guaranteed spot in the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program at the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy before they even finish their undergraduate degree. Students admitted into the EAP are guaranteed a spot in the PharmD program, provided they meet all matriculation criteria throughout their time in the Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences (BSPS) program.
Students in the EAP complete their undergraduate studies in the BSPS program while working toward the requirements for pharmacy school requirements. Depending on their academic starting point, students can complete the pathway in 2, 3, or 4 years.
