Kathleen Faulkenberg, PharmD, BCCP, FHFSA
Adjunct Assistant Professor
Dr. Kathleen Faulkenberg is the Clinical Pharmacist Coordinator for Cardiovascular Services at University of Kentucky Healthcare, where she practices as an Advanced Heart Failure, Heart Transplant and MCS Clinical Pharmacist in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Kentucky and completed post-graduate pharmacy residency training in cardiology at University of Kentucky Healthcare. Dr. Faulkenberg is passionate about creating progressive pharmacist-driven practices through patient-centric services. She enjoys mentoring the next generation of clinical pharmacists and currently serves as an educator for pharmacy students and residents. Her clinical and research interests include advanced heart failure, cardio-renal syndrome, pharmacogenomics.
