Chelsea Carvajal has a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health with an emphasis in Health Promotion and Education from Brigham Young University–Idaho and has been helping individuals on their health journeys since 2018. She now works in the CRoME Lab and serves as their Senior Administrative Research Assistant. In this role, she focuses on exercise-related projects, including training new dance fitness instructors to help grow the Movement is Medicine program and reach more participants, as well as supporting group exercise opportunities through the program. Chelsea has always had a strong interest in health and a desire for her family, friends, and the community around her to enjoy a better, happier quality of life. She believes that improved health is possible for anyone and that it can lead to overall well-being and stronger relationships.
