Awards and honors are updated on an annual basis to reflect the most recent fiscal year. For a more comprehensive list of faculty awards, please contact our Office of Research Operations.
For the fiscal year that closes June 31, report data is collected July 1 through Sept 1. Please submit your domain report as soon as possible.
Submissions are used to update the UKCOP website annually. Only the information you designated will also be used as a reference for media inquiries. If you're missing from the "Name" dropdown, please email kristie.colon@uky.edu.
You will automatically be prompted to submit another form once complete. Please submit a form for each unique data set, including Full-Time and Part-Time staff.
Data should be entered by the Office of External Studies to capture the number of voluntary faculty for the current fiscal year.
