UK Pharmacy Residency Programs Recommended for Continued Accreditation

The University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center Pharmacy Residency Programs have been recommended for continuing accreditation, based upon the results of a recent on-site peer survey. The final accreditation decision will be determined by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Commission on Credentialing in Spring 2005.

Roberts, Armitstead Receive State Pharmacy Awards

University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy Dean Kenneth B. Roberts, Ph.D., received the President's Award and Assistant Dean John Armitstead was named Pharmacist of the Year during the Kentucky Society of Health-System Pharmacists (KSHP) Fall Meeting held Sept. 22 and 23 in Lexington.
