PPS Faculty Present Project at ACCP

George Davis, Scott Akers, and Jeremy Flynn were coauthors on a project entitled "Frequency of P2Y12 halpotype and GPIIb/IIIa genotype in African American and Caucasian populations." George Davis presented the project as a platform presentation at the ACCP Annual Meeting in Dallas, and the abstract was published in the October edition of Pharmcotherapy.

UK Pharmacy Residency Programs Recommended for Continued Accreditation

The University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center Pharmacy Residency Programs have been recommended for continuing accreditation, based upon the results of a recent on-site peer survey. The final accreditation decision will be determined by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Commission on Credentialing in Spring 2005.
