Jeffery Talbert Ph.D. is Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Science, UK College of Pharmacy, Director of the Institute for Pharmaceutical Outcomes and Policy, Associate Director of the UK Center for Clinical and Translational Science. He received B.S., M.A., and Ph.D. degrees from Texas A& M University. Professor Talbert has research interests in pharmaceutical policy, Medicaid policy, and public health informatics.
